Le soucis vient de la fonction AUTOSUSPEND qui met en pause le device USB.
Solution:
Lancer lsusb
code : Tout sélectionner
$ lsusb

Editer le fichier /etc/default/tlp (privilège root) pour ajouter la ligne USB_BLACKIST suivante:
USB_BLACKLIST="04a9:2220"
Note: il est possible d'y mettre plusieurs devices séparés par un espace
